How to Hard Reset Nokia Lumia 510 Guide

This is a How To Hard Reset Guide for Nokia Lumia 510 Mobile Phone. First and foremost you should never hard reset your mobile phone unless you absolutely have to. Because there are many situations in which you can damage your phone furthermore like if your mobile phone’s battery gets empty during hard reset process your phone’s software can get corrupted. Only Hard reset your phone when there is absolutely no other other way. For example if you setup a code on your phone and forget it completely and you have no way of recovering it.

If you have access to the Settings Menu of your mobile phone then you should use the built in “Restore Factory Settings” option to reset your your mobile phone. On your Nokia Lumia 510 open Settings > About and tap “reset your phone”.
If you don’t have access to your Mobile Phone’s settings menu and you are completely locked out of your phone it is time to Hard Reset your mobile phone. Make sure you have a full Battery before you start resetting process.

Step 1: Turn off your Nokia Lumia 510 completely. After making sure that it is turned off, press and hold Volume Down + Camera + Power buttons all together.
Step 2: Wait until your phone vibrates a little, then you can let go of the Power Button but for almost 5 more seconds keep holding Volume Down + Camera buttons.
Step 3: Now patiently wait your mobile phone will reset and automatically start up again.
