Nokia Lumia 510 Earpiece Ways Problem Solution

This post is for Nokia Lumia 510 earpiece problem solution. Earpiece or what some people call it speaker is used for listening to calls. It is placed on the top front side of your mobile phone. If you can’t listen to someone on the other end of the call then your earpiece might be damaged.

Earpiece of Nokia Lumia 510 can be damaged by any number of reasons but before replacing the earpiece make sure the volume is not turned all the way down. If replacing the earpiece does not solve the problem then your earpiece connection prints are damaged. I have marked all the earpiece ways and jumpers in this diagram.

The positive earpiece connection point is marked with red line and it connects to the bottom of VR2002 & R2006 which are placed on the other side of the motherboard. Then from the top of R2006 it connects to the top of C2007 & C2008. The negative print marked with black line is connected to the bottom of VR2003 & R2007 which are also situated on the other side of the motherboard. Then from the top of R2007 it connects to the top of C2009 and C2010.
